Peaceful Enjoyment

Everyone who stays at Shorewalk is entitled to peaceful enjoyment of the property during their stay. Please be considerate of noise and behavior that disrupts another's enjoyment of the property. To that end, disruptive behavior that disturbs others will not be tolerated.

City of Bradenton Noise Ordinance Enforced between 10 PM & 7 AM.

Recreational Facilites

Pools, Spas, Courts

Valid Association pass required for use of facilities
Only Owners, Renters & Guests allowed
Passes must be visible or shown on request
6 passes per condo
Children must be accompanied by adult
No alcohol in public areas except as posted
No jumping or diving in pools or spas
No inflatables in pools or spas
Bathing suits required in pools/spas-No street clothes
Reservations required for BBQ, courts, spas

Wildlife

The ponds and grounds are home to a variety of native and migrating birds and wildlife.

Please DO NOT FEED the Wildlife.

Pets and Service Animals

Only certified ADA service animals and documented Emotional Support animals are permitted at Shorewalk.

No other animals are permitted.

Parking

,In general, we allow normal passenger vehicles and small trucks and vans to park overnight. We do not allow work vehicles that have attached racks, ladders, tools or other apparatus used for work. We also do not allow RVs, boats, trailers and trucks over 3/4 ton. If in doubt, call the office to be sure your vehicle is an allowed vehicle type.

There is no assigned parking. All parking is open parking
