Peaceful Enjoyment
Everyone who stays at Shorewalk Palms is entitled to peaceful enjoyment of the property during their stay. Please be considerate of noise and any other behavior that disrupts other people's enjoyment of the property. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
City of Bradenton Noise Ordinance Enforced between 10 PM & 7 AM.
RECREATIONAL FACILITIES
Pools, Spas, Courts
Valid Association Amenity Pass required for use of facilities
Only Owners, Renters & Guests are allowed to use the amenities
Amenity Passes must be visible or shown on request
6 people maximum per condo.
Children must be accompanied by an adult
No alcohol or glass containers in public areas except as posted
No jumping or diving in pools or spas
No inflatables in pools or spas
Bathing suits required in pools/spas-No street clothes
Reservations required for BBQ grills, tennis & pickleball courts, basketball court, billiards room
Wildlife
The ponds and grounds are home to a variety of native and migrating birds and wildlife.
Please DO NOT FEED the Wildlife.
Pets and Service Animals
Shorewalk Palms is a no pets community. Only certified ADA service animals and documented Emotional Support Animals are permitted at the property. Please contact the office for more information on how to submit a request for an accommodation, 941-896-3988.
No other animals are permitted.
Parking
We allow normal passenger vehicles and small trucks and vans to park overnight. We do not allow work vehicles or commercial vehicles that have attached racks, ladders, tools or other equipment used for work. We also do not allow RVs, boats, trailers and trucks over 3/4 ton. If in doubt, please contact the office.
There is no assigned parking. All parking is open parking.

Fire
In case of fire, evacuate the premises quickly. Call 911. Fire extinguishers are placed at regular intervals on the outside of each building.
Water Leaks
Please notify the rental agent, owner and the condominium office of any water leaks.
